Frequently Asked Questions

I see clients both in person as well as over telehealth. I can see telehealth clients who live in the state of Washington and I also see in person clients at my office in Spokane, Washington. 

My in person office address is 775 N. Holland Avenue and I am in suite 102.

Parking and entrances are in the rear of the building. If you need an elevator, you will find that on the first floor.

I am licensed to see clients throughout the state of Washington online. I use a program called Simple Practice. You will receive a link in your email before our session which will take you right into our therapy “room.” You can access Simple Practice from any computer, tablet, or phone. 

Yes I do! I offer in person sessions at my office space in North Spokane. 

50 minute online or in person Individual session: $120

50 minute Couple & Family Sessions: $130

*If you have more than 4 people in your family attending family sessions I charge $10 per extra person

80 minute Individual, Couple, or Family session: $140

I take all major credit cards and health savings cards.

I am not currently taking insurance.

In our first session we will talk about what your presenting problem is and what you are hoping to get out of therapy. We then will work through a list of questions that I will typically ask to get a sense of who you are as a person. 

I have a questionnaire that I like to have clients fill out prior to our first session so that we can get the most out of our “getting to know you” phase of our time together. 

My goal is always to work myself out of a job. The therapeutic process is unique to you. The timing of this process looks different for everyone - and that's okay. Once we begin sessions I can give you a rough estimate of how long our time together might be.
